Fell short Positive: The shower water pressure and temperature was amazing 10/10 Negative: The cupboard doors were all broken in the bedroom and some in the kitchen. There are broken hangers in there as well. The was a heater which didnt work but it was replaced after two nights. In the shower, the was no were to put my shower gel, the biggest issue, was the mould in the wall of the bedroom and the mould smell. Then the sheets had so many stains and blanket was dirty and had so much hair. Theres a sliding door decal which has the word welcome misspelled which wasnt on the pictures loaded. The slidding doors didnt lock and the bedroom door does have a key so it really felt unsafe. The place had so many rules and fines and as a result expected it to be up to par but I had to ask for dirty sheets to be cleaned. It was really not pleasant

Did not stay because we could not access the property owner was unavailable on the phone to give access code Positive: I did not get to the property because the owner didn’t send access code

Positive: The place is beautiful Negative: Delay catch in time and coldness

I wasn’t happy with the service I got Positive: The location and the apartment is nice Negative: They have a shitty customer service almost everything doesn’t work
