Positive: The code was easy for me to get entry, the gate passwords were sent well in advance. Negative: The electricity finsihed for my two days extensiona and no one responnded to me and had to top up the power and still no feedback regarding that. This is atually a huge turn off as much as i loved the property i expected more from the owners in ensuring that the utilities are taken off.

It was a wonderful experience and I loved the communication between the host and I Positive: Everything was perfect Negative: Nothing

Positive: Only that the host (Lesego) was reachable all times but nothing was of help. Negative: Everything. The 1st person I called (Robert) was aggressive over the call. The place had no electricity & nobody knew it was disconnected, I did not understand how do they not know coz it should have been checked. I was transferred to a another apartment which had no blankets, the bed was naked. No hot water. The bathroom was dirty. Then the host had the nerve to say I should go to the 1st apartment to go fetch the bedding IMAGINE!! & both these apartment are on the forth floor, so the up & down on stairs was a mission. I just requested a refund and I had to find another place at 11pm. I was really frustrated after the 3hr traveling I had done, I just wanted to relax but unfortunately that's not what Alimama offered.🚮

Positive: It was a great place considering the price Negative: I just wish it had a shower
