Positive: Clean bedding
Negative: - paying R550 for cleaning such a small small was unrealistic.
- access control, couldn't exit the property on-time, delaying me for my appointment.
- I went there with high expectations due to the amount of money I paid for the stay and was disappointed to see how small it was.

We checked out after one night.
Positive: Location was convenient.
Negative: Bin was broken.
Cockroaches in the apartment and cupboards.
One panel was missing in the shower door.
On check-in information they promised Alimama Spaces branded Shampoo, body soap and lotion. There was only body soap.

The price on Bookings.com was misleading. The room was not the same.
Positive: the tv.
Negative: Hmmm unfortunately the room advertised was not the room provided. it was a completely different space. i was looking forward to the yellow and the deco in the pictures shown. i did not like that i did not get what i was expecting.
