A Weekend Getaway Turned Into a Complete Nightmare Positive: Nothing at all Negative: Our weekend stay turned into an absolute disaster. We were only able to check in 2 hours later than the scheduled time of 17:00, which was already frustrating. However, things got even worse when we finally entered the room. The room was filthy, the bed had not been made, the entire place smelled strongly of weed, and the couch was broken. It was completely unacceptable and looked nothing like a place that had been prepared for guests. We immediately notified the staff and requested to be moved to another room. The lady we spoke to assured us that we would receive a refund for one night due to the inconvenience and terrible conditions. Unfortunately, to this day, no refund has been received. What was supposed to be a peaceful and relaxing weekend became a stressful and disappointing experience. We are extremely unhappy with the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and follow-through from management.
