AlimamaSpaces The Moksit Suite Ellipse

Positive: Staff assistance was excellent Negative: Nothing

Positive: Just the location Negative: The place was not clean. There were blood stains on the bedings, no one came to clean, take out trash and to change towels for the entire 4 days. When we contacted the caretaker he was so rude and said we were getting our money's worth since cleaning companies are expensive. He further stated in a rude manner that as a guest i should have inquired on cleaning services, before booking and that it is not a hotel room. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. Avoid this apartment at all cost. There are better options within the same compound, with everyday cleaning services.

Positive: Clean classy apartment Negative: Security process tedious

Positive: Everything was superb

Positive: The shower was nice Negative: I didn't have my proper code and was scolded by one of the residents and got into a bit of trouble because I had to reverse due to the incorrect code
