Extremely distressing, huge safely concern. Took 5 hours before an access code was sent, was left stranded in the middle Positive: Clean Negative: In all my years of using booking.com locally and internationally this was the most distressing stay. Poor communication regarding check in process. Contact number that is provided, the person doesn’t respond via text/ WhatsApp neither is calls answered. Was left stranded outside the accommodation upon arrival. Then again when returning to the accommodation, request for code access was sent, received no response . Called multiple times and no answer. Was left stranded, and only received a response the following morning at 7h30. Left stranded, traumatised and distressed. This accommodation isn’t meant to be an Airbnb as access is very restricted and hence one is left feeling distressed of whether an access code would be received if you want to leave or upon return . We had to restrict ourselves on fear of going through a similar experience.
