Positive: Comfortable, good wifi and quiet. Negative: No heater made it cold at this time of the year.

Positive: The location is good Negative: Not clean at all.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!! Positive: There is nothing about this property that I liked, I literally hated everything about the property and host. I hated having to communicate with the host and regret having booked with them and implore you to STAY AWAY! Negative: I did not like the fact the host was so rude to the point he told me to stop calling him after he was giving long responses when they had not provided adequate and relevant information for my checking in on the day even though I had paid 4 days prior, mind you i had flew into the country and needed to have my itinerary in order as I believe no one wants to arrive in a different country and not have their checking in and accommodation details at hand. I had to ring and message to get the information out of him (chase him down), even when I did it felt like i was asking for a favour yet i had paid for a long term stay nearly a week prior, unacceptable! The host is doing short term rentals in a complex where he is not permitted and had a neighbour prompt me to lie if ever approached by security. Key under mat, upon entering the property the furniture shown on the advertised pictures on the website and what is in the home completely different, it all looks second hand and old the walls are cracked and so are the doors and the cleanliness is below par. The property did not look clean and everything about it was very clear that the accommodation is unkept. To be clear I did not stay in this property for more than needed I lost money as I had to book another accommodation immediately and they refused to refund me even after being on the phone with booking.com who were also completely useless (to be clear:the staff were helpful, but the company policy is shocking). All in all this accommodation is shocking if you value your money, sanity and a nice place away from home.. STAY AWAY from any accommodation with the name 'Alimama Spaces' as I noticed they had changed the name, again trying to pull a wool over unsuspecting customers. The host is rude obnoxious and will not look after their customers. If you do find yourself in a situation like me booking.com will not be helpful they too are awful. Nightmare from host and booking.com anxiety went through the roof.
