Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay, with a few issues that could easily be improved to make the experience Positive: What I liked most about the property was that it’s a three-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for us as a group of gents. Having separate bedrooms gave everyone their own privacy and personal space, which made the stay much more comfortable. The apartment was also clean, well-maintained and beautifully presented. The property itself is really nice, including the outdoor area and yard. I also appreciated that my car was parked safely under a shaded area, which gave me peace of mind throughout our stay. Negative: There were a few things we were not happy with during our stay. Firstly, the apartment did not have a full-length mirror, which would have been really useful, especially when getting ready to go out. The bathroom mirror was only suitable for checking your face and upper body. The bathroom door lock was also faulty and could not lock, which was inconvenient. And that’s Unit 2308 Block 23. Another major issue was the access system at the security gate. The facial scanner did not recognise my face when we were leaving and we had to rely on another guest’s facial scan to get out. When we returned later that night, the access code we had been given was no longer valid, meaning we had to contact the host in the early hours of the morning for a new code. This was particularly frustrating and could have been avoided if the updated access code had been provided beforehand. These issues, especially the access problems, took away from what was otherwise a pleasant stay and would be the main things that could make us reconsider booking the property again.
