The Mansons Cascades Villa

Positive: The location was great in relation to where we wanted to travel to each day . Negative: Although it was ok some days, on other days the hosts forgot to send us entry codes for the gate each day , so we sometimes had trouble exiting or entering the property. There place was lacking in some of the usual complementary supplies, there was no shower soap supplied, even though it was said it would be supplied, even after requesting it , we still didn’t get any . Also no washing machine powder . The bins were overflowing and we had nowhere to empty the inside bin . There was also not enough cutlery or drinking glasses for a place that sleeps 6 people and some of the furniture was unstable and needs repair. The host called after our stay and apologised for the unsatisfactory things and will hopefully get them sorted out before the next guests.
