Very bad
Negative: Did not even get to the property because the owner called us at the last minute to cancel our booking and also refused to refund us indicating we should cancel on the app and incur cancellation fees while it was not our intention to cancel the booking
The owner of the property was very incompetent and inconsiderate about the fact that he was causing us such inconvenience at the last moment
He really does not put his clients and he is selfish
