I’m so disappointed
Positive: The location
Negative: Most stuff were so dirty…what shook me the most is the dirty blanket and also why do we pay the cleaning fee for if the don’t clean, on the second day of our stay we were expecting cleaning service and bin removal but none of that was done we had to endure the stuffy smell of the bin and we had to repeat the dirty towels

Positive: The whole place
Negative: Struggled to sign in to Netflix

Positive: Nice room
Negative: Uncomfortable, had they stated their fines and requirements before payment I would not have booked. You cannot book that room if you have a child. Made to feel like a thieve
